December 21: Prayer for your enemies

What Loving Your Enemies Looks Like! | by Ed Elliott | Publishous | Medium

Verse to Contemplate: "But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45that you may be sons of your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:44-45

Thank God for: Loving us while you were still His enemy. His grace transforming your life. Giving you the opportunity to be part of Him transforming someone else’s life.

Ask God for: To see others through His eyes. To teach you how to show love to the black sheep of your family. To give you patience and respect for your least favorite coworker. Give you appreciation for the person at church who isn’t dressed as well as you. Forgiveness for anyone who has wronged you.
